Abstract

The authors scientifically proved that how successfully the staff uses its potential for the implementation of the goals of the organization, as well as effective management of human resources. From this point of view, of particular importance is the creation and use of effective digital tools for effective human resources management, which allow the fullest use of the existing human resources in the organization. The article deals with various aspects of the use of digital marketing in the personnel management system and analyzes the possibility of such implementation in comparison with digital technologies. The aim of the work is to develop proposals for improving the human resources management system through the introduction of innovative methods and management models at different levels.
